"How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?"
26 years old? Talks of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. Could 26 be the healthiest, most successful year of my life? I sure hope so. 25 was a good year. Half-way point of my life and it was good. I held a steady job for about 49 weeks. That is good. I ran a lot in the summer and felt really good. I ended the year poorly though. I have eaten like a slob and haven't worked out much.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif I also let my job with no plan at all. I am continuing to strive to be the best person I can be. As people who are reading this know, I am quite the weird person. An optimistic cynic. Someone who gets a kick out of pushing it too far, until he realizes he hurt someone and then feels bad.
I just want to shout out my friends who continue to put up with my stupid shit.
Shout out to my parents and brothers too. Can't imagine what I was like to raise/live with.
I try not to take anything too seriously, but have been having trouble with that lately.
White Castle Birthday dinner Wednesday night if anyone has interest. I miss my parents so I'll extend the invite to anyone who is around who wants to have some sliders with me. Fuck, I'll probably just get a crave case and share with everyone. #thatswhatsup

A Blog about my life. Topics are all over the place, but you can expect a fair share of sports and fun. Enjoy. Leave a comment if you want... or don't.

An Idea (that came to me trying sort out my life)
So I have a video I want to make. I want to get people, friends and strangers a like, and make a video of them make impressions of other types of people. I want their impressions of white, black, asian, immigrants, frat boys, men, women, college students, mexicans, gays etc. Obviously I would say it would be for equality and show that we are all the same, but I just want to do it to see peoples impressions. We all have impressions of all types of people we mostly never use. I think it would be amazing to get a sample of all different types of people doing a bunch of impressions of other types of people. This will never happen, but I really wish it would.
Random fact of the weak; "Son of a Billy Goat" is my new favorite line.

I quit my job
I am unemployed at the moment.
A few rumors of why I quit that I cannot confirm or deny:
1.I wanted to partake in movember (beard growing though), and grow my beard for 5 months.
2. I wanted to troll Chris. He works 55+ hours a week, and I work 0. Sucker.
3. Working at a desk for 40 hours a week sucks my dick.
4. I had too many affairs with the fine women who work at Target.
5. Winter is coming and I don't plan on living in this fucktard of a place for another winter.
6. I'm the man who makes impulsive decisions that could have high consequences for the foreseeable future.
I have no direction in my life right now. It is a liberating feeling for me though. I'll be fine.
Just a song that I have loved lately. To spice it up go to rainymood.com and then play the song. Awww Yeaaa.

3 months, but I am back
I am sorry loyal readers. It has been far too long since I have blogged. Not to make excuses, but fuck, my dvd player keyboard is so small. It sucks some major D to type long messages, even with my troll fingers. I figure I will come back with a list of some things that are on my mind. I will also include pics of random shit over the last year or so. I hope you enjoy.
I have 8 home runs in 6 kickball games. I troll every game and don't care. Picture me trolling
I run a lot these days. This morning I had to run from Ill's to Kelly's to get my car. It is about 3 miles. It was one of the greatest runs I have had in a long time. It was at 8:30 Sunday morning and the sun was shining. It is october and still nice out. Don't bother my ass.
I started work at Target in July. I am over 3 months in and enjoying myself. Though that is the case, I sincerely don't think a desk job is for me.
I am drinking a lot more these weekends than in the last few years. I honestly think it is from waking up at 6-6:30 M-F and the lack of sleep that adds up over the week. Ohh and probably because I love drinking.
I think I am going to Eau Claire with the "Queen of Halloween" Jill Arendt for Halloween. I am still deciding what I will go as.
I could always go as my Zombie Pub Crawl Frankie Liriano Zombie...
The zombie pub crawl was amazing. There was 6 of us and it was amazing, but i sincerely hope next year there is even more of my friends. It was so much fun.
Dave and myself have talked about this, but this summer/fall has been amazing for me. It has been too much fun. I told my mom that it should be illegal to have the amount of fun that I have been having. I have just been enjoying myself a lot over the last few months. Some weekends too much. 3 weeks ago I stayed up until 11 am trying to kill a keg with Andy and (eventually) Rude. I thought I went to bed around 7 am on a Sunday morning. I actually went to bed around 11 am. I woke up at 5 pm Sunday feeling like shit. Monday sucked big time at work. I am going to avoid doing that again. Here are the only pics I have from that classic night...

My picture is basically a self portrait that has "this was a terrible mistake" look on my face. Andy's pic is a Missoni bag (Target exclusive) on this head from our insane tachno dance party that night.
Baseball is a great drinking game.
Baseball is a terrible fucking sport that is dying.
I love Hockey. Having the NHL back in my life is amazing.
I hope Phil Kessel continues to tear it up. He is hated on for no reason. I love that dude.
Other man-crushes these days; Juan Mata, Darrelle Revis, Adrian Peterson, Alex Song, Brad Marchand, David Luiz. Google and Youtube if you don't know any of these names.
Mark and Meaghan's wedding was fucking amazing. The greatest 4 day vacation of my life. Awesome friends, awesome memories. Gonna be talking about that one for a while. Makes me want to go on more vacations with friends.
I went camping last weekend for the first time in my life. I will be going again.
I have been hanging out wit Tom "Diesel" Abell lately. I enjoy his company. He is still insane.
I ripped my ear when I was drunk about 2 months ago. There is a scar now, but I still have my monkey ears...
Someday I will own either a German Shepherd or a Belgian Malinois. I cannot wait.
Sometime next year I plan on moving to NE Minneapolis to Tom's Mom's place. She has a 3-legged cat who is awesome. I am excited for that.
I went to the pumpkin patch with my roommates on Tuesday. These pictures kinda sum up how amazing it was. Look at the background1 Some things just work out...

This is my current jam. I cannot get enough of this song. The hook is especially amazing...
Go Wild, Go Gunners, Vikings are terrible. I am out for now. I have a Sunday of laying on the couch and I cannot wait!
Love you all,
Sean
P.S. I apologize for the spelling and grammatical errors.

Foster The People
These dudes are amazing. I heard them the day I got out to LA 9 days ago and haven't been able to stop listening to them. I saw @firedanterhaar tweeted something about them last week. (Pause to go and read said tweet) He asked if they are the new mgmt. Well Foster The People kicks all sorts of ass. The cd is quality and they definitely pass the summer cruise test (tip of the hat again to @firedanterhaar). It is little surprise then that my summer jam of 2011 is this amazing song (posted below). Good luck not falling in love with it. You've been warned.

Last Day in Hospitality
Tonight at 11pm I will be hanging up the hampton inn polo for good. It will be my last 20 check ins of my Guest Service Representative (or Front Desk, if you want to be a dick about it) career. I am happy I took the position. It made me deal with many different types of people a day and made me become a very patient person. I appreciated the regulars who were awesome people. I laughed at the people who thought I cared that they had a shitty day and my manager was gonna hear about whatever I had no control over.
The 2 dudes I usually worked with are good people though. One is a gamer and a fellow redditor (here come the eye rolls) and the other is a good person who enjoys mma. Neither of them took their job seriously and I never had to worry about them undermining me for any reason.
So this is me signing off. I will not miss you. After the thousands of check ins and the thousands of phones answered I bid you good bye.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I saw this pic and couldn't help but think of myself and most everyone else.
The only things that I enjoy that can't be categorized above are fitness related. Though that turns into an addiction because you want the endorphin release that it provides. Also I exercise because I eat shit food, drink beer, and play video games/watch tv more than I should. Everything in moderation though. :-)
