Day 6

So I slacked on days 4 and 5, but not too much happened. I went to trivia Monday night at buffalo wild wings in chanhassen. Man I sure do love trivia. I honestly look forward to 20 years down the road when I am an absolute god at pop-culture trivia. It will be so fucking amazing. Now I kinda feel that I am a little aprentice. It really is just a great way to go with your friends, have some drinks, some laughs, and try and beat people. Its also about pop-culture, which is the greatest thing ever. I wasn't wavering from television, movies, etc. one bit, but going to trivia reaffirms my belief that those who don't watch a lot of television or movies are wrong. After all that talking up how much I love trivia I don't know if I will make it out to hopkins tomorrow night. I plan on going to the gophers game so depending when that gets out we will see if I can make it to hopkins or not.

Continued at 2:50 pm on Friday originally started on Wednesday night.

Went to the gophers basketball game last night and had a blast. It was such a terrible game in the first half. Yikes it was gross. We (Andy, Molly, Dave, myself) sat in the upper level (is it even a deck??) in the corner. I enjoyed the location of the seats. The only bad seats in the barn are obstructed and these weren't obstructed so they were great. They were bleachers made for giants. I felt like a little kid when my toes barely could reach the ground. Because of that my back was killing me. No big deal with the frequent tv time outs for me to stand and stretch me back. The architect of those bleachers though had to be at least 6'3" and getting back at shorter people who made him sit in shitty like seats at all other sporting events. The gophers won by a lot, 24 maybe? My boy Trav Busch got some garbage time, but didnt shoot an open 3. Trav the NBA scouts like gunners, not passers. You sir, are a gunner! I must say the defense of the gophers is very impressive. The team is young and only going to get better. The offense will come with time and colt 45 and the emotionless monster ralphie sampson III are ballers.

Unfortunately this is my last day here at Jan's. It has definitely been enjoyable to have a place to my own and just hanging with wink (always sleeps at the foot of my bed which brings me back to high school with my girl maizy) and just chilling. I found an internship to apply for at general mills yesterday so I did that. I'm not holding my breath but we shall see.

I dont have plans this weekend. My pops gets into town tonight so I will talk with him about some different things and other than that watch the gophers play mankato tonight and tomorrow (still not sure why they had last week off), watch the wolves play a tough lakers and celtics squad, and finish with some superbowl sunday in which I am not particularly excited at all (never am for the superbowl, unless the jets or vikings are there which, I should ad, has never happened in my lifetime) but, hopefully it is a good game. That is all I can ask.

I hope to go on an adventure soon. Any type of adventure, a car adventure, a walking adventure. I just want to go on some adventure. I'll need to talk to the people who are around and see if a midnight adventure could be done sometime soon. They always turn out to be fun. Maybe it should just be spontaneous though. It always seems that planned things never live up to hype because there is always a sense of expectations that goes along with the planning aspect. I guess I will just need to wait for the time when an adventure presents itself and jump at the opportunity. That is all from northeast. I will be back sometime soon, early next week I'm thinking. Cheers friends
